Regular Savings
We all have dreams and aspirations, if not for ourselves but for our family also. Most dreams require finance and we can help you plan to ensure that your dreams can come true. We all want different things, but some of the more common desires are as follows;
Children’s Education Costs
Weddings
Sailing Boat / Cruiser
Holidays
Classic Cars
By looking closely at your objective, we can establish the likely cost and very quickly project this forward until the event will happen. We can then help you select an investment path and a monthly costing in order for you to achieve your goal. Constant monitoring will ensure whether you are on-track and any necessary changes can be made.
Example;
Objective is to purchase a sailing boat in 10 years time, valued at approximately
€ 35,000.00 in today’s terms.
If we apply an inflation rate to this target fund over 10 years we can establish the amount required to purchase the boat in the future. We have assumed a rate of 4% per annum and this would have the affect of increasing the amount required to
€ 51,808.00
We can then plan the type of investment risk you are prepared to take and here we have assumed an annual return of 6% per annum on your investment and an annual management charge of 1.5% on the fund. A monthly saving, indexed by 3% p.a. each year, starting at € 326.00 per month would produce a fund of € 52,000.00 in 10 years time...
DREAMS CAN COME TRUE, YOU JUST NEED TO PLAN
(At a growth rate of just 2% more on average each year and indexed at 5% p.a. your fund would be worth €58,667!)
WARNINGS: This benefit may, in some cases, be affected by changes in currency exchange rates. Past performance is not a reliable guide to future performance. The assumed Gross Investment Returns are not forecasts because the value of units may grow at a faster or slower rate than assumed and the value of the units may be expected to fall from time to time as well as rise. We assume the continuation of current expense charges except for the policy fee, which is assumed to increase by 2.00% per annum.
